PREPAID PAYMENTS : Prepaid payment are non refundable and non negotiable once order is placed . At the time of delivery if customer refused to accept order or unavailable at the time of delivery ( its customer responsibility to take delivery) then also prepaid payment is non refundable. In any case prepaid payment is non refundable.
Before dispatch the product goes through multiple quality checks and dispatched through a renowned delivery partner thus we hereby comfirm that product is dispatched in perfect condition. And any damaged product requests will not be entertained.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All the orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days after placing. (Monday - Friday). Your order tracking details will be shared with the registered email. Once the order is shipped, allow at least 4-8 days for delivery. The delivery time may vary depending on the area pin-code and regions.
UNDELIVERED ITEMS
In the event that your order is not delivered, either due to incorrect information or missed deliveries, it will be returned to us at our shipping facility and return charges will be borne by customer. In case of pre-paid orders, there is option to re-ship package (at customer expense). Incase of COD order will be cancelled.
A CLEAR UNBOXING VIDEO IS REQUIRED IF THERE IS ANY COMPLAINTS FOR ANY DISCRIPENCY/DAMANGED GOODS WHICH SHOULD BE CLEARLY VISIBLE IN VIDEO.
